I went in for a simple free flu shot. I was asked to sign 4 to 5 different electronic items. One was about giving permission for blood testing. One was about giving permission for DNA testing. And so on. I asked why I was having to sign items on these things I was getting a flu shot. No answers except its part of our paper work. I said once more I'm getting a flu shot. Why do I have to sign and give permissions for blood testing and DNA testing and other things. I called my CIGNA people. They said this had nothing to do with CIGNA. It was just vandys protocols. I will NOT go here again. For a simple free flu shot. I will take my insurance and go else where and pay co pay first. This is NOT necessary for a flu shot and is ridiculous. one more time its a flu shot ...
