We offer that 3% to the Buyers Agent for bringing us the Buyer. We then work for 3% as your BUYERS AGENT for finding you a NEW HOME. It really is that simple. You SAVE MONEY SELLING YOUR HOME. The BUYERS AGENT gets paid 3% and, We get Paid a Good Commission helping you BUY A NEW HOME. Thats WIN-WIN-WIN.
