7-Pillars Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

We called 7 Pillars on a Saturday morning when our dog had a messy accident on our living room carpet. We spoke with the owner Lonnie Cook who came later that afternoon. Lonnie and another technician got the whole mess cleaned up quickly. No stains and no odors. We were very happy with the service and would recommend 7 Pillars.

I called on 10/14/2013 to get estimate on carpet cleaning and talked with this lady who was Very very unprofessional and went to a level of saying "Go find someone else for your service" when figuring out estimate. I can only imagine how worse the service would be and easily explains the F rating with BBB. Stay away from this company at all cost
