        Mike came out to fix my fridge water dispenser and oven door. He was professional and courteous. They came almost immediately and were very accommodating. I would highly recommend them!

        My experience with Seven Star Appliance was exceptional. One of my burners on my glass cook top was not working. The power light came on, but the surface did not heat. In setting up the service call, they were flexible and worked around my schedule. The technician that came out was extremely polite, professional, and informative. He made sure to bring additional parts in case his initial diagnosis was incorrect. He lifted the glass cook top out of the counter, took it apart, and used a voltmeter to pinpoint the issue (the switch had gone bad). He replaced the switch and everything now works perfectly. He was in and out in maybe thirty minutes. If I have any appliance repair needs in the future Seven Star Appliance will be the first ones I call!
