A-1 Appliance Svc

I made an appointment to get an appliance repaired 2 weeks ahead of time and let them know that it needed to be done during this period. I was given a window of 10 am to 2 pm. At 1:30 I received a call that the repairperson would not be able to show up until AT LEAST 3 pm. This business is not even able to keep to a 4 hour window and wasted an entire day needlessly. They were not apologetic and I received the statement "it is out of our control". Well, I don't think that poor scheduling is really out of their control and I would not recommend them. Obviously they do not have a good sense of customer service.
