Called Dave Clarke at 9:30 this morning about our washing machine, and it was repaired at 1:30 this afternoon. Great service.

Mr. Clark was on time, he made sure he ran all cycles to make sure everything was right until he heard a noise that did not sound right. He finally found the problem and it was resolved quickly. I am very satisfied with the entire experience from beginning to end. I called late one afternoon, dispatch said I would receive a call back within 10 minutes from Mr. Clarke to schedule a time. That's exactly what happened. He was prompt. He was thorough in diagnosing the problem with my ice maker. He needed to come back to install a new ice maker. He called as promised, come on time, and installed the new ice maker. He was very professional and knowledgeable. His pricing was honest and fair. I would definitely recommend this company.
