A+ Appliance Repair

Tom Sheets, Owner of A+Appliance, came to my house to repair a mechanical hinge on the front door of my microwave. It took him 1 1/2 to disassemble the unit incorrectly, at one point he said "I don't know if I can remember how to put it back together" . He then disconnected the electrical which did not need to be done since it was the hinge on the front door, he reconnected it wrong and blew up my microwave. He then said "I don't have money to pay for the boards to fix it, so I'm leaving". I told him this will wrong and he was responsible to put it back the way he found it. He just left, I told him to stop and discuss it, he said no, I told him I would need to call the police, he left anyway. I filed a police report. Called him the next day to resolve it, he said "I'm not responsible" and hung up. Don't let this guy in your house!



Tom did call back and we have made the necessary agreement to settle this complaint. I am now satisfied with the situation.
