A New Beginning Women's Healthcare

Honestly this facility deserves negative stars. Doctor Webster is very nice. However I was treated very badly by the girl at the desk and the "office manager". Part of it was my fault for having a past due bill, but that is no excuse for the way I was treated. They very loudly talked about me and my situation in tones that the whole waiting room could hear. They made fun of me for being pregnant while having medicare. The front desk girl Her name is Megan was very condescending when she told me what was going on. Keep in mind this after made me wait over 30 minutes while having to listen them publicly humiliate me.
Having a past due bill should not mean that they get to treat me like trash, especially when the past due bill was due to insurance complications in the first place
When I tried to call to lodge a complaint, I was given the run around and treated horribly. I am still working on how to file a complaint, but they don't make it easy which must be for a reason. They don't even have a facebook page or website as other serious businesses do. Which honestly I find very sketchy,
I have also since talked to other women and have found out that this is by no means an isolated incident. This problem is so much bigger than I could have imagined when I wrote my original review and it concerns me that other people have been hurt the way I have and that more will be in the future. I worry for the woman who would take this to heart and not just seek justice as I have, or for other women like me who have underlying health problems that could have been very much exacerbated by an incident like mine.
I also felt that my privacy had been violated, I did not feel safe there after that, and was very unhappy that everyone in the waiting room now knew personal details about my health care. Please, please, spare yourself, there are other good doctors out there with staff who will not act in such a malicious, unprofessional manner, and violate your privacy.

Not pleased with this office! They do not return calls and I waited almost 10 days for them to respond to the pharmacy to get a RX corrected. Then I get a bill in the mail because they want to charge me for a new patient consult and a new patient preventive appointments. I am private pay so a $200.00 appointment that now has cost me $470.00 not including lab and RX is not good on the budget . I was told by the Nurse Practitioner that it would save me money to do in the same day. Office manager says the billing is correct. WILL NEVER BE BACK! And not too mention they don't offer private pay discounts.

This place is ridiculous. I stupidly listened to someone who suggested this place, and I 100% regret ever walking in. First, the receptionist has me fill out paperwork. I hand it back, and wait literally 45 minutes (AFTER my appointment time) to be seen by a NURSE. Another 30 minutes go by, and I finally see the Doctor. What was all this waiting for? I merely needed some birth control prescribed. She finally prescribes it, I go grab it from the pharmacy nearby, all is well. I get back to the clinic to have them inject the shot, and now there are two 14 year old girls with braces running the reception area. I tell them I'm here for my injection, and they look at me like I'm an idiot. They spend 15 minutes looking for my paperwork I JUST FILLED OUT, call me back over and ask if I'm SURE that I was just here. "Yes, I was in here just 30 minutes ago." "Um. I don't remember seeing you here. *other girl's name*, do YOU remember seeing her?" "Uh, no. I don't." Okay, so we've established that this place hires middle schoolers to run their doctor'S office who can't even keep up with paperwork for 30 minutes. After amother 15 minutes of two other girls looking for my paperwork, they finally found it. After that, I get to wait another 45 minutes just to get my shot injected. I spent almost 5 hours GETTING A SINGLE SHOT. This one thing took up my entire day off. But wait, there's more! When I went to go check out, I told them I needed to use my Healthcare card as that was THE ONLY way I could pay. I was told I owe nothing, insurance covered it. Great. Two weeks later, I get a bill in the mail for $55, and a place to resend it with a check. I send my card information instead, and explain in the letter (again) this was the only way I could pay, and if they needed me to go to the clinic with the card that was fine and to call me (obviously gave them my number, though they already have it.) Two months go by, and all is forgotten. Except today, when I get a bill for $60 with an

Overdue fee because I "didn't pay". Apparently, hiring little girls is not helpful if they're going to lose their mail. I also wonder, why was I not called? They had called me 3 times that week of my appointment to make sure I was coming, and sent 2 texts. They couldn't call and say, "yes we need you to come with your card", but they can bill me for not paying when they are the ones who did not use my card info to pay themselves? This place is a joke, no one has a clue what they're doing, super unprofessional, and it will be a cold day in hell before I ever walk in this place again. Of course, I plan on sharing my experience with everyone I know to save them this horrible excuse for a doctor's office.

Dr. Clark & company offer an excellent range of services. There are none better.
