I cannot say enough good things about ACR Contracting. ACR Contracting was great to work with. They are reliable, honest, and operate with integrity. They went above and beyond helping me with my insurance company and fighting my cause from a wind storm and a tree falling on my roof on March 4, 2023. They relentlessly pursued my insurance company for 7 months, sent my shingles to ITEL, and requested a second adjuster from my insurance company be sent to my house for an inspection and filed a complaint with the Department of Insurance. They took the time to answer any questions I had and provided me with all options available - from repair to replacement, based on the final decision about my claim from the insurance company. ACR Contracting went through a lot with my insurance company, and I know they did a lot more for me than is required from a signed "Business Contract." There are no adequate, eloquent, or appropriate words that could represent, describe, or express the kind of review ACR Contracting deserves or should be advertised and written about in this review because they are a gift, priceless, and truly a blessing. ACR Contracting pursued my insurance company and claim, as if I were family, a friend, and not just a client. Their company is not about big business and money but family, integrity, and justice. These days, you don't find companies that will care enough to put themselves in your shoes and treat your claim as if it were their own. To be a client of ACR Contracting, you are part of a family. Their team did an excellent job on my roof. As soon as they were leaving the driveway, the compliments from my neighbors were already starting to come in. In addition, while getting a new roof, I decided this was a perfect time to replace the gutters and add facia. My home is over 65 years old, so in the future, when I move on to my next home improvement projects, I will definitely be taking advantage of their other quality services like windows and siding. ACR Contracting is celebrating 24 years of exceptional workmanship, quality, professionalism, guarantee, and service, but also is a company of honor, family values, ethics, and heart. As a woman, it can be difficult to find a Company/Contractor you can trust, so I'm very blessed and happy to have found ACR Contracting. I have recommended ACR Contracting to family and friends, and if it were possible, I would tell the world about ACR Contracting. I would never tell my family, friends, or anyone about a company unless I was sure that their results, experience, customer service, and investment would be more than they could hope, possibly imagine, or pray for. They are definitely the BEST.
