Very happy with the work. I recently bought a house and replaced my fixtures in my 2 bathrooms. I contacted Adee Plumbing and Heating after hearing about the work they'd done for a friend and was very happy with the overall service. They installed new toilets, sinks, tubs, and fixtures. They had a nice selection of fixtures including Kohler which is what I wanted. The plumber was very professional. He showed up on time every day until he got the work done, cleaned up after himself and the price was fair. The office even called to follow up and make sure I was happy with all of the work. My bathrooms look great. I'll definitely use them again if I have any problems.

The technician came out promptly and cleared our line. He also gave me advice on what my wife and kids should not be flushing down the toilet which will be very helpful in the future. The charge was very reasonable and I will use their services for all my future plumbing needs.

AWESOME!!! My air condition...

AWESOME!!!



My air conditioner would not come on so I had a company come out and check to see what the problem was. After about five minutes the serviceman said my condensing motor was no good and I needed to replace it. Not feeling confident in that serviceman I called Adee for a second opinion. Anthony checked the unit and told me that the capacitor was bad and needed to be replaced. We did that, and the unit started right up and has been fine ever since. I appreciated the honesty and will always call them for service.

The technician that showed up ...

The technician that showed up was fantastic. He put shoe covers on before he came into my house and he was very friendly and honest about discussing the replacing of our heater. He gave us options to both fix and replace the unit and told me about the pros and cons of both. This was such a relief because the first estimate I got from another company was nothing but a high pressure sales pitch. I really liked Jose and his price was reasonable. My wife and I are going to have him do the job in the next month or so when it starts to cool down. Great service!

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!



I was out of town and my babysitter called to say that my bathroom plumbing was backed up. I called Adee Plumbing and Heating and techician arrived at my home within the hour. The technican quickly repaired the problem in a very professional manner and even wore shoe covers! I was very IMPRESSED and would use this company again.

AWFUL SERVICE!!!!! ADEE PLUMBING & HEATING

Was told installing a dual wall heater would take 1 day and an extra day for inspector for my rental. My nightmare took 3 weeks. 3 of the 5 different occasions the guy who came out his name was PATRICK was late, once 6 hours, once 3 hours NEVER calling until I called said he come and expedite it, still was late. My tenant took off work and Patrick could careless showed up late. Excuses of we are backed up. (1st don't stack customers, 2nd call and let a person know you'll be late, don't make the landlord look where your at by calling around because you cant tell us your late and make sure you'll be there at that time as well after the landlord hears the new time that still didn't happen.) Said they would patch up my drywall, then said NO I can only do it as a favor and I needed to buy the stuff to patch, so I drove to my rental an hour away to bring stuff only to have him NOT do it, so I spoke to head manager of company and said NO that is included I should of NOT went down there and brought stuff. When confronted Patrick he said that the reason he did not do the drywall patching because my tenants contractor cousin said he do it. WTfrick, Patrick makes deals on the side. So I guess Patrick working for the professional company just leaves my rental cause he makes deals on the side with the tenants cousin. Even though we PAY the company. All this is happening and no one ever asked for my form of payment. Head Manager did not seem happy at all about that.

I honestly thought this was a twilight zone!!!! Unreal. I can go on and on. I should of learnt by reading the negative comments on this sight prior to hiring, but thought i would give them a chance, i called and told Dave hey I saw some negative feedback about your company. He said everyone has their own opinion. I should of listened to these posts on the negative side. Live and learn. Sadly this site is making me give at least one star, I wanted to give none!!! So I can say my one Star goes out to Myesha in the credit dept who nicely understood my nightmare.

Bad Experience

I had pkcekd ADEE based on very good review they had in the Yellow pages.



I had two problems in two different houses for which I called ADEE.



They sent a technician right away to fix the problem in one property. He charged $65. I just heard back from the tenant that the problem was not resolved and that ADEE technician had told him we need to spend another $260 to fix the problem.



I had also sent them to the second property and their bid was $695. The tenant had gotten two other bids for $300 and $450. I gave ADEE a chance to fix their bid, at first they said OK to $450 and then they changed their mind. The technician that had gone to look at the problem needs to have his attitude checked.



Needless to say that they are not going to be used in any job we have.

very helpful

i had called for an estimate on my washing machine and my ice maker on my fridge. The guy who came out, Joe, was super nice and helpful. He checked out my washing machine and it works fine. He checked out my ice maker connection and told me to turn on the little knob under the sink...which i didn't know about. and he explained to me that if your washing machine shakes, its because the clothes in the machine is unbalanced and all you have to do is rebalance the clothes in the washing machine. I learned something new today.
