Alexis Heating & Air Conditioning

Unfortunately my cell phone is damaged, but I arranged for a morning furnace cleaning and it is now after 12 pm, and so far a no show. I have no choice but to leave to vote. I did call this morning to confirm my appointment, and was assured they would be here this morning. No such luck!

Alexis Heating & Air Cond. is also A1 Heating & Cooling - Absolute Heating - and Atlas Heating - they are all one in the same company owned and run by the same people - what they do is - when a customer has an issue with one of the co. names due to bad service etc. they have someone call them up and they trick them - they say they are one of their other co. names so they can con them into coming out to service their furnace or air conditioning under the other co. name - and then they just send a crew out who has never been there before (so the crew isn't recognized as having been there before) crooked shady business!

We had Alexis install a new furnace in Febuary of 2006 and already had to have a faulty curcit board replaced. We were charged $120 to get it replaced. What a RIP!! For a guy to unplug and reinstall a board that was faulty. I don't understand it.When it comes time for whole house Airconditioning, I WILL call elsewhere!
