All Carpet Needs

The owner came to our house and instead of trying to hard-sell us and demand signing contracts now, he simply educated us on what flooring worked best for our needs, per room. What a difference from most companies we got estimates from. Empire tried convincing us we were getting some kind of big price break if we would only sign TODAY, NOW! The price would be no good tomorrow. I don't appreciate being pressured into doing anything. I thought I was at a used car lot. Another co. got upset when told we were getting other estimates. But Chris @ All Carpet Needs was nice and pleasant, no pressure, and simply HELPED us choose what was best for our situation. Another thing that impressed us was how the owner was there during the installation. Everyone, including the installers, were very professional. I would highly recommend this company.
