I was very impressed with this company. I had a bad experience 7 years ago with another firm and was terrified to use another company to represent me, but my sister in law told me to call them that they were excellent with her claim and I was surprised to the amount of personal service provided. There presentation was really professional, they returned calls on the same day, they kept me updated every step of the way. My claim was an old claim that the insurance company refuse to pay more than $2,700. I spent over $8500 in repairs and couldn't continue to repair my home but they were able to get me settled enough to be able to repair all my damages properly. My husband and I were extremely pleased. They prepared us for the lengthy process but in the end I was pleased. In the future if I ever find myself in need again I know exactly who to call.
