Door Installation/Replacement
All Custom Aluminum sells canvas fixed and retractable awnings in a myriad of designs and options. For windows and doors, we offer fixed models which have varying projections up to about 42 inches. These models are available in hundreds of Sunbrella brand fabrics and come with warranties which cover the frame and the canvas.
Framing
Whereas wood framed sunrooms utilize bulky, maintenance intensive wood framing, we use all finished aluminum framing. Since our aluminum framework is less bulky than wood framed components, we provide a sunroom in which the glass is the star of the show. Besides providing a framework which is a factory match to most window frames, affording an integrated aesthetic appeal, All Custom Aluminum utilizes very large size windows to further create that dramatic “outdoors-in” appeal. Traditional wood framed structures typically contain multiple smaller windows which adds more framework and cuts down on the openness and light in these rooms.
Ceiling Fans
The system also comes with the option of skylights and interior electrical chases and fan beams. Thus even very large areas can be covered without the loss of light, and integrated electrical and ceiling fan designs can be accommodated without effecting the clean aesthetic look of the ceiling.
Skylight Repair/Replacement
Some customers want a more interior feel, which we provide by utilizing structural insulated panels. Typically, these enclosures utilize a 6 inch thick system with heavier gauge aluminum cladding. By adding skylights, these enclosures can provide plenty of natural light while protecting those inside from weather as well as harmful UV rays. And, like the polycarbonate roof systems, having a structural insulated roof affords the option of a series of windows and doors along the walls for full four season use.

Sunrooms
The vast majority of homes, even high end custom homes, don’t include a space where the outdoors can be enjoyed from a temperature controlled area. Why builders shy away from providing this type of space is a good question, considering the value and enjoyment that sunrooms provide. But All Custom Aluminum can create your dream sunroom on your existing deck or concrete pad. And if you don’t have a foundation in place, we can provide one as part of the project.

Window Installation/Replacement
All Custom Aluminum sells a line of metal window and door awnings in a variety of designs and colors. Whether it’s a modern look, or the old fashioned clam shell, Bahama shades, or window awnings that retract for adjustable shade, we have it all. As with so much that we do, all our awnings are custom manufactured to your measurements for a perfect fit every time.
Decks
All Custom Aluminum constructs a line of screen rooms which stand apart from old fashioned wood built screen rooms in a number of important ways. First, we can construct our screen rooms on top of most existing slabs and decks, while wood framed structures require expensive footings. Secondly, our structures are engineered to be as strong as your home, yet install in the fraction of the time as wood framed rooms. And since the majority of our designs do not involve compromising the envelope or roofline of the house, our screen rooms involve far less cost than old fashioned wood frame construction which involves modifying your roofline. Finally, since we work with aluminum, our screen rooms are far in a way more open than those built with bulky wood components.
Patios
Vinyl pane patio window systems are engineered to integrate seamlessly into existing patios and screen rooms, yet can also be designed to be installed in newly constructed rooms. There are two main styles that are most popular, the vertical four track and the horizontal slider.
Porches
Our products install more quickly than common frame construction, while being engineered to be as strong or stronger, and fill a niche that General Contractors often overlook. Our focus is outdoor living, and we cater to homeowners who desire to create or improve their patios, porches, decks, and other outdoor spaces. For those customers who want to enjoy the benefits of an outdoor living space who don’t have a foundation in place, we can construct decks, concrete slabs, and other foundation as part of our project, eliminating the need to deal with multiple contractors.
Residential Roof Repair
For the most part, these screen rooms are designed to attach to the home and slope away at 1/2 inch per foot, which sheds water while retaining most of the interior volume. However, this system can also be sloped more steeply or even configured to be a peaked shape. Moreover, this composite insulated roof system can be clad in shingles or virtually any other roofing material for seamless integration with your existing house roof.
Residential Roof Replacement/Installation
For areas in which insulation is not a concern, All Custom Aluminum offers a line of non-insulated roof systems which keep out rain and sun while keeping costs to a minimum. Comprised of a series of interlocking panels, these roof systems are exceptionally waterproof while installing quickly with a level of versatility which is hard to beat. Unlike corrugated or sheet type roofing materials, these roof panel systems are self-supporting. Thus, no support structure is required.

Insulation
The core is a dense, compressed polystyrene insulation which has a density of one pound per square foot or more clad in an embossed skin of aluminum. By adjusting the density of the core, thickness of the skin, or overall thickness of the panels themselves, almost any span can be achieved up to thirty feet! But the vast majority of structures will utilize a three inch standard thickness panel, which keeps costs to a minimum.
Masonry
All Custom Aluminum can provide it for you as part of our proposal. We can even do masonry walls, footings, slabs, decks, and more from scratch, eliminating the hassles of coordinating multiple trades yourself.
Electrical Work
Also, since adding a glass surround to a space creates more interior square footage, many of the codes which apply to the interior of the home apply to these spaces. This includes electrical service. Just as code requires that interior walls have electrical outlets, most added glass room walls are required to have electrical outlets. And egress doors are required to have a light illuminating the door. Although not dramatic in cost, electrical work does add to the overall cost of the project. Many Municipalities also require insulation be added in the attic above an area which will be surrounded by glass walls.
