Always Cab Company

I am VERY disappointed in my experience with Always Cab earlier this month. I went online and searched "cheap taxis Portland", and their website advertised a $2/mile rate. I am a college student, so money is definitely tight. I called them at 8:15 a.m. and made a reservation to be picked up at my house 8:40 a.m. The guy showed up at 9:05 A.M. I had called the driver 5 times during these 25 minutes (he answered the phone 4 out of 5 times). Then, when he finally came, I got in the car only to find out that the rate was actually $2.30/mile. Needless to say, I was upset. I already made it clear to the Broadway Cabs (their umbrella company) that I will NEVER be using or recommending Always Cab. I found out the hard way that in the end, good reliable customer service is worth spending a little more.

A friendly diver and they arrived in 10 min. The rates was very reasonable. I will use this company again and I also will tell my friends about them.
