These folks did an extremely poor job of installing 2 windows and a sliding glass door. The products were delivered damaged and they tried to install the damaged windows. We had to tell them that we wanted replacements. When the replacements came they started removing the wrong window. If I was not there they would have completed installation of the wrong window. They filled in cracks on the new window frames with bondo. 2 of 3 windows leaked after the first rain and now a window in the sliding glass door has shattered. We were there when it shattered and saw nothing hit the window. Now they are telling us that something did hit the window even though they were not there when it shattered. I would highly recommend finding someone else to install your windows. They were very argumentative when I requested that they come look for themselves at the shattered window - even laughed at me.
