        Overall

        Bogard, Tech #35, was quite knowledgable about my Jenn Air range (even though it is several years old) and very pleasant to deal with. He came out, pinpointed the problem, verified availability for parts, ordered them, and within a few days was back to make repair. Cost was very reasonable and he saved me thousands as I didn't have to replace appliance. Thank you Bogard; you're the best!
