Aquaclear Spa & Hot Tub Service & Repair

I call this morning to find a part for my hot tub they went way out their way in helping they told me what was wrong with it and told me I could buy the parts I needed on line and the link I needed to get and didn't charge me anything for helping me it took them 1/2 he of their time saved me hrs if I ever need anything again they will my first one I call

Outstanding service! Called Ernie on a Saturday and he made a special trip to fix my hot tub. He diagnosed the problems and fixed them. He also took the time to explain the how and why of water maintenance. Very professional!

Ernie is the kind of caring service provider that I look for. He is honest and straightforward. When he says that he won't do anything that will cost you money unless it is really necessary, he truly means it. Ernie did major repairs on our hot tub for much less than I had guessed it would cost. It involved changing major parts, such as the pump motor, and he acquired the replacement parts promptly and installed them expertly in minimum time. His invoices reflected exactly what we had agreed to including the cost of his time. I highly recommend Ernie's Aquaclear service.

Let me tell you there are those guys you want to trust (but don't deliver) and those you CAN trust. I have learned I can trust my tub to Ernie. He knows the inner workings of a hot tub, and fixes the problems the first time. He is responsible, courteous, and reasonably priced. Some people say a hot tub is a luxury, but I don't want to live in a world without a hot soak.
