        My LG Washer failed with a tp ...

        My LG Washer failed with a tp code on Friday. Found Arch through the LG web site. Friendly phone person answered the phone and set an appointment for Monday.



        Repair person (Larry Simonson) appeared on time. Very professional appearance. Proceeded to replace the failed part very quickly (the thermistor).



        Was very happy until I saw the bill. $30 for the service call, $45 for the repair were both OK. But, he adds a standard $50 for "diagnostics" even though he read the code off my washer so there was really no "diagnostics" done.



        Next time I'll google the code and see if I can replace the part myself.

        Very reliable and fast...they came here on the spot were courteous and knowledgeable and fixed the problem pronto!! Would highly recommend ARCH to anyone who needs an appliance repair!!!!!!

        Great job! My appliance stopp...

        Great job! My appliance stopped working and ARCH was able to fix it with one visit! He was courteous and explained to me what was wrong and fixed it on the spot. I will recommend this company to my family and my friends.

        This company gave a 30 minute ...

        This company gave a 30 minute window for the appointment time so I didn't have to wait around all day! Wonderful! Service was excellent and the technician was very informative and friendly.
