        Overall

        This company is terrible. We picked the design of our gate ourselves and they told us once we got HOA approval for the gate, they would handle the rest as far as having someone out and take all the measurements for us so that they could start building the gate asap. When they installed the gate and the gate was a foot too short! I couldn't believe it. I't just looks ridiculous. When I contacted them about it, Julio just said "well it's in the contract". That is true, but I had no idea that the measurements he took were the wrong measurements! I'm furious. I trusted them to take the right measurements for the gate. They refused to fix the problem.
