This is a company that preys on people. They can't even spell customer service. What a bunch of SOB's.

OMG - I am 40+ years old, and this is without a doubt, the worst, and I do mean the worst business I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional, rude, and all kinds of attitude. When my wife said she was going to report our experience with them to the better business bureau, the "lady" in charge, said, "Go ahead, people complain about us everyday, one more won't matter." Pretty much says it all.

We were forced to pay $50 despite the fact there was a parking pass. We never really got an explanation. Plus, our truck was not "physically connected" to their truck when we happened out of the building, and as it turns out, they cannot charge you at that point according to the Code of Auburn. They did not care and kept "working." They said to go to the cops if we wanted. That's what I'm doing, although I am quite busy. They do not care about people and take advantage of college students. I wish I believe in karma, because these people deserve hard times for themselves.
They don't know the rules that they are supposed to follow...you have to quote it to them. They are dishonest people doing (mostly) dishonest work. I would not expect their voluntary service to treat people any more fairly. They will probably take you for everything they can get. Unfortunately this is the world we live in.
