BEWARE, deceptive, dishonest. Though polite, cooperative. I needed necessary repair from out of state. kindly got my car in quickly. waited inside during long repair. was quoted $500 for repair though a previous quote from another state quoted the job at 3 hrs @ $378 . ended repair at $400 leaving question as to honesty of original quote. looked into shop several times and noted most of the time there was no one working on the car. after they took car for test ride following work, was told an additional issue of a bent tie rod. asking why that wasn't determined at start of repair, was told one can't always tell one is bent... then was told it actually wasn't bent and the bushing was the wrong size but they just so happened to have the right one on hand. only took 30 minutes to swap it out te second time, but charged me for 3 hours labor for 2 bushings on original job. though the job seemed to have stopped the rattling at the time of repair, it lasted only 1 day!!! Caution that warranty would only apply if you take it back to them... if work is done poorly and repair is needed elsewhere - warranty is not honored in good faith. UPDATE: The repair they did was UNECESSARY...turns out when I requested the rattling be investigated and repaired...they repaired the wrong thing! It was the knuckle that needed to be replaced not the bushings. Wouldn't do anything to compensate for trouble and improper repair. They let me go back on the road saying the repair was complete in full knowledge that it was not. Bordering criminal negligence and ripoff mentality in business practices. BEWARE, folks!!! don't say you haven't been warned.
