If I could give them zero Stars I would. I purchased a bedroom suit from them almost 16 months ago but and they have been charging me for insurance that I never signed up for since I purchased the set. I was never informed of them charging me until I asked them why my balance was the amount that it was. I was then informed that they have been charging me for insurance. I never signed up for the insurance and I spoke to a representative in the billing department that also informed me that she didn't have anything on file stating that I had signed up for it. She confirmed that I never signed anything for insurance and told me that she would credit my account for 3 months but a supervisor had to credit it for the remainder of the month. I spoke to several different supervisors and they were very rude. They also told me it was nothing that they could do to help. I was being charged for over a year for insurance that range from$11 to $20 a month. I filed the complaint with the Better Business Bureau. there's no telling how many other people they do like this without informing them. It is a rip off! I experienced so much trouble when I first purchased my set. I did not receive my set for almost a month and a half and when I received the set, it was broken. I will not patronize them again and I advise everyone that purchases from them to check their bill instead of just making the monthly payment online.
