The staff is rude !!! I was calling them to give me a quote. After comparing the price with other pest control companies, I was asking if they could reduce the price so to meet the competitors' price, the staff replied in a frustration way, " Go get it from the other company" and hung up my phone.

This was a man who did not speak english well that called for a termite estimate on his house. when I gave him a price he wanted it done for free. After he called about ten times wanting it free he said another company would do it for free and wanted to know if we would. My employe told him to let the other company do it and hung up the phone.
I recently had a wonderful experience with a locally owned and operated Pest Control Company that I wanted to share. It's hard to trust people now days, but the moment I spoke with them on the phone they were friendly, and when they entered my home, they conducted themselves very professionally and the added bonus was their kindness and conern. You cannot beat the price. I don't know about you, but knowing you can trust someone AND get great services...well that is hard to beat. Give them a try. You will not want another Pest Control service.
