Great group of guys. Knew everything about painting and wood repair. I had a great experience with them. Highly recommended

Took the money and ran. Do not pay these people until the job is complete! They will come back everyday asking for more money for paint and then not show up, not return phone calls, and NOT finish the job !!!

Don't be afraid of what you may have seen in other reviews. Mark and his team just completed my exterior Ina very professional manor. With weather against them they finished in an acceptable timeframe and the work was great! I would defiantly refer them to anyone I know!

Mark Bannister is a liar and a con man.



He claims he has insurance for his company but he cancelled it 45 days after getting it in 2011. He got new insurance on 8-15-2011. He cancelled the insurance on 9-30-2011. Besides the fact that the insurance he did get DID NOT include Workers Compensation Insurance. He passes this off as valid insurance. He called me almost every three days, even though he said I ll call you in five or six days to see if you have made a decision . He did this repeatedly. He hounded me. I finally decided that I would go with his company. BIG MISTAKE!



He will ask you for a $900.00 deposit most of the time. His crew , his son and some other person showed up and started to power wash our house. They did not do a good job of even the power washing. The sides of the house they did do, the window sills still had mold on them. I say the sides that they did do, because before they were finished, there power washing hose started to leak. They said that Mark would call me and let me know when they were going to come back and finish the power washing, as in call me on that Saturday. After not hearing from him by Monday morning, his son said he would call me on Saturday, I started to call one of the numbers I had for him. He did not answer. I tried the other number and again, no answer. He finally called me in the afternoon, by that point I had found out that he did not have any insurance. I told him that I knew that he did not have any insurance and that I wanted my $900.00 deposit back. He started a song and dance about how it had been a rough winter and a long story short, he is robbing Peter to pay Paul. He said that he had already bought the paint for my house, BS. I said ok. He said that he would bring me the paint and $300.00. I called Porter Paints and found out the paint would only cost me $400.00, I do have a commercial account with them for my business. I called him back and said I wanted the paint, a receipt for the paint and $500.00. I wanted the receipt to make sure he did not buy the paint after I told him I wanted my money back.



After several days of prearranged days of when he would bring me the money and paint, three different times, I finally called him and said I wanted all of my money back.



It took another week to get $500.00. He never meets a deadline. He was suppose to pay me the remaining $400.00 today, guess what, another song and dance, he did not call or answer either phone until about 6pm tonight, 7-20-12. He did not have the money, wow, what a surprise.



Don t be fooled by his prosthetic leg. He is not a trustworthy person and it means nothing about his character.



There are two addresses, one I found online and his insurance certificate the other. This should be his place of business or home. He does not live at either one, I went to both.

They did what they said they would do, arriving on time, working the entire day and finishing the job when they said they would. They painted the entire inside and outside of the house (two separate contracts) and did an excellent job.
