Bay Area Sprinkler Repair

I called to make an appointment so it was answering machine so I left the message. They didn't return my call for the next two days so I called again and finally made an appointment.

We set up between 9-10 am for person to come. The guy came 40 minutes late (10:40 am) and he looked at it to get an estimate to repair just two water sprinklers that have small leaking from the bottom of sprinklers, absolutely not from PVC pipe. I already dig it ready for him.
I know it has to be simple to repair it. Guess what, he said it will be $300 to repair two water sprinkler. To me it is a joke! I told him that I couldn't accept that so he left. I called the company and left msg that I want to speak with Kathy about it. She returned my call and told me to stop keeping call her. How rude! She has no patience! So I hung up on her, and will not deal with Bay Area Sprinkler ever.
