Ben Smith Plumbing

Thanks to Andrew at Ben Smith Plumbing for taking care of us, these guys are tough to schedule with but worth the wait. Toy flushed into hallway toilet causing back ups, Andrew was able to pull toilet out and remove toy. All happy now.

I would like to say thanks to Ben Smith Plumbing, Last month my sewer backed up, it has done this it seems like every holiday when people are over, when my family gets together and when I am going out of town. I was reffered to Ben Smith Plumbing by my neighbor because my regular plumber could not make it out. The plumber that came out cleared the drain and pulled back roots from my mainline. The plumber told me that the cause for all my previous stoppage was most likely the roots. He came back the next day with a sewer camera and put it in my drain, and we where able to see the roots. How cool that was. So then he gave me a price to dig out the broken fitting and replace it with new pipe. He said it was not a rush since it was draining now, but I am glad he did not pressure me to fix it. I will be calling them back to fix the drain when I get a couple of my bills paid off. Thanks

I was asked if I had good service to leave a comment here by my plumber, I would like to say to anybody who reads this, I had a good plumber today. I had to waite for service because of traffic but when the technician arrived, he was able to do the repair on my toilet with no problem. Best of all, I am leaving this note because I had asked for a quote over the phone and it was cheaper than the price they gave me. Thanks for your help.

I was having trouble with one of my sinks not working properly, I called my cousin and he had used this plumber before, I gave him a call, he said the owner answered and said they could make it out, but it was raining and they where running behind. I told him no problem since the other guy I usually use never called me back. The owner came out and did the work himself, you rarley see that anymore. Thanks for taking care of my sinks, I will be using you in the future.

Me and my wife recently bought our house and it was a complete fixer upper. I called Ben Smith Plumbing to give me a quote for some work that would need to be done. I wasn't disappointed with the results. Not only was he responsive to our needs and gave valuable input and suggestions but he was an efficient worker and I couldn't beat his price. He re-plumbed my backyard and cleared the clogged pipes, he fixed a leaky water pipe behind the refrigerator. Installed new piping in the kitchen and replaced and installed new bathroom toilets and a tub. The most note worthy and cost saving expense came while replacing the bathtub and toilet of my upstairs bathroom. Instead of just placing the new fixtures in place and calling it a day, Ben Smith Plumbing went the extra mile and inspected the current piping system. He detected a pipe that was on the verge of cracking and replaced it at no extra cost. This could of been a disaster had it burst but thanks to Ben Smith Plumbing I didn't have to worry about that. I will never call another plumber as Ben Smith Plumbing is my go to choice for my current and future plumbing needs. Thanks for the great service!!!

I have used Ben Smith Plumbing on several occassions for plumbing issues at my rental properties. He is the best plumber ever! He is honest and reliable. He does the work himself! He does the job right! No funny business on the rates. He is proffesional and leaves the jobsite clean. I have used other plumbers in the past and he is by far the best plumber I have ever used. He is the only plumber I would ever call!!

We recently needed to replace our water heater tank and a friend refered us to Ben Smith Plumbing. Ben himself came and did the work at our home.



We ended up replacing our old tank water heater with a tankless water heater. My wife and I were really happy with the work. His bid was probably the middle of the 5 we got.



We also had him check our sewage drain which kept clogging up back into our showers. Turned out the previous owner's somehow got a golf club down the sewage clean-out. Two other company's we called for this issue 'snaked' the sewer line and said it was clogging because we had cast iron drain lines.



We plan to call him back when we remodel our two bathrooms next year.

I had a water heater leak in my garage and flood all my stuff. It was Saturday morning and I did not know what to do. I found my water heater was still under warranty, I called the 800 number in the warranty paperwork, and they gave me a refferal to Ben Smith Plumbing. Ben came out and did the work himself. I was amazed he was able to install a new 50 gallon water heater all by himself. It wasn't strapped properly but he fixed that with a new one.
