        Overall

        A woman at around 9:30pm on 7/6/14 spoke on speakerphone the information she provided and when an outraged teenager remarks in disbelief to me, the woman instantly snapped back at the teen and caught a really nasty attitude. My teen friend wasn't even talking to her! But she continued on nastily going on. Even as the teen said "Look, I don't even know you, why would you take my shock about your information" She snapped back "OH YES YOU DID GET NASTY WITH ME.." and literally wasted time on the bickering as if she were a teen herself. Now I have an even more frustrated teenager who tried to be polite but I'm happy to take my business elsewhere.
