Each foreman is allowed to make decisions in the field as to what goes up on the fence - a rarity in the industry. We use quality materials installed by trained professionals at a reasonable price. Every time. There is a reason that Borg Fence & Decks has so many repeat customers and so many new customers via referral, and that reason is that we do what we say we're going to do when we say we are going to do it. In California, we have the luxury of being able to enjoy time with our family & friends outdoo rs. For the majority of the year the weather permits us to sit with friends, relax, barbeque, read, or whatever, comfortably. In fact, Remodeling Magazine's 2005 Cost vs. Value Report stated that up to 90.3 percent of the cost of the deck is recovered when the house is sold. In some areas of the country it is over 100.
