Had Rob put a new roof on after a hail storm. Was pleased however he accepted an overpayment and did not return it to me. Two years later after another hail storm asked him to put another one on and was pleased until I saw he did not replace the broken gutter guards as he said he would. As for the overpayment he said he would fix my back entry and just charge me for the materials. After many, many months of talking and setting appointments he Never showed up. Of course he had the money and he can talk but he never showed up. Rob does not keep his word. I will never call him again and if given a chance I will voice my opinion of him to any one.
