Brothers Heating and Cooling

I purchased a furnace/ac system from Brothers about two years ago. I have been calling them for about two weeks to come out and service the ac unit. I keep leaving messages ,but they won't even call me back. I talked to Joshua once and he promised to call me by the end of the day to set up an appointment. Here it is three days later and no call back. It seems they don't want to service what they sell. I wasn't even expecting this to be a warranty call. I fully expected to have to pay for it. I would not suggest anyone call Brothers unless they don't care about service after the sale.
