Busy Traveler Transportation

I was thinking about booking this company for transportation for a party. I decided not to for a couple of reasons. First of all, they charge you for travel to and from your pick-up location; no other company I called does that. Since they don't charge by the half hour, the 35-minute trip to our location would have been charged at a full hour. Most importantly, the woman answering the phone is one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered. This company should rethink how they handle potential clients on the phone. We were planning on giving them upwards of $1000 worth of business, but we are booking elsewhere mainly on principle.

This company has the WORST customer service that I have ever encountered! The woman answering the phone is rude, to the point that she actually hung up on me! She is argumentative and nasty. I would rather pay extra to hire a company from West Palm Beach or Orlando than use Busy Traveler.
