Central Ohio Appliance Repair

I called Central Ohio Appliace Repair to see about getting my washer fixed. The phone operator was very pleasant and eager to help me. She gave me a two hour time slot in which to expect a repair technician to arrive. She called thirty minutes prior to his arrival, which by the way was right on time. When they showed up, yes they - 2 techs for the price of one, they diagnosed the problem within about five seconds. They gave me an estimate. About twenty minutes later they were done. The cost was right in the middle of the price range of the initial estimate. The entire time they were here, Robert & Scott were very friendly and professional. By the way, I should probably add that all of this occurred on a Saturday at no extra charge.
