I was with this company for years. In November of 2009 I bought a new car. I needed to switch insurance to my new car. I went to the office and they took pictures and switched my insurance to the new vehicle. Then these cheap jerks sent me a bill for $40.00. I'm sick and tired of sneaky hidden fees and sur-charges. Sure the quote is cheap, but then they bend you over when anything else is needed. Just give me the price up front so I can truly shop around. Avoid these scum sucking leaches and deal with a more straightforward honest agency.
