I requested information online regarding the cost of the daycare center close to my work, and after reading reviews about how much they overcharge we decided to go elsewhere, they have since called 12 times in less than a week, 3 of those times being in the same day. Is harassment your way of doing business, because I can promise you that all that does is frustrate me and turn me FAR away from ever using your company. Get your customer service a training on how to handle getting business because obviously the current strategy isn't working.

@joey B. Yes. My son went there for 3 years and I (he) enjoyed it there. The turnover is a bit weird but the administration is great. They are on top of their game. Whenever I had an issue, it was addressed immediately. I was very involved and requested to be contacted about any and everything concerning my child. They provide lunch and snack also. The most important thing, for me, when searching for a Daycare center was safety and their hours of operation. It's very safe. Their operations hours are 6:30-6pm. My post is late but hopefully it helps someone. I wasnt eligible for any type of assistance so we paid full price.

Is child time a debt collector?

I recently, as in yesterday, which as a Friday, asked for information online and provided my phone number. They called me 7 times between 930 and 2p on Saturday. What??!?! I'm not in debt to you. One phone call and one voicemail will do.. Z not three messages that sounds like the same woman. I'm confused? Is this how you do business? Harass people on the weekends until they have no choice but to enroll? So, NOT taking my child somewhere where you are so desperate for money that you're blowing up my phone. Hey, owner, lesson 101 in business was smarts: don't make people feel like they owe you money before they even hire you. WTF.

I recently enrolled my son in ...

I recently enrolled my son in the childtime facility on W. Clemmonsville Road in Winston salem NC and the experience was frightening. At first the facility seemed nice and the director seemed willing to work with my child. After 2 weeks I removed my child because he was almost 4 and placed in a 2 year old class. This was his first experience with daycare and he was a little socially delayed, the director and staff were not willing to work with him because he was not potty trained. My child was constantly sick while in this facility. Every time I picked my son up he was crying and all the other kids looked bored because of the lack of age appropriate toys. All the kids were sick and faces caked with mucus. When I asked if the staff could work with my child on potty training and place him in a more age appropriate room her reply was, "he has to stay in the 2 year old room because he is not potty trained, we do not have a changing table in the 3-4 year old room and per state law we have to have a changing table in a room with children in diapers". That was a lie, per state law all children have to have access to a restroom. There were no changing tables in the two year old room either, that was just an excuse. She did allow him to visit the 3-4 year old room for a few hours but returned him to the 2 year old room because he would not talk and play with the other kids. My son is socially delayed meaning he does not understand how to interact with other children or adults, he is also very shy. It takes a while for him to be comfortable and able to interact, they did not give him the time needed to adjust to the new room and people. The director lied to me on two separate occasions and tried to pass her personal rules off as state law. It is not state law to have a changing table in a room where children with diapers are present and it is not state law for a child to have a physical exam within 2 weeks of being enrolled in the facility. It is state law that a child have access to a rest room whether the child is potty trained or not, and it is state law that the child have a physical exam with in 30 days of being registered. I tried several times to get the staff to move my socially delayed child to an age appropriate room and help with his socialization and potty training, all attempts were denied because of petty personal rules. I was also told by staff that my child was babied and not as advanced as their other 3 and 4 year olds, I was asked if I was having troubles at home and how I was raising my child because he did not meet up to their ideas of how a 3 year old should act. He is socially delayed and very shy and they wanted to label him and hold him back instead of help him work through his shyness. Beware of this facility, they seem nice at first but there are serious issues.

check the facts

You are not referring to childtime because it is not located on hwy 41. It is on Collier Parkway. My son has gone there since seven weeks old, and he is now getting ready to enter kindergarten. He has had nothing but a great experience and wonderful teachers. The facility is clean and well stocked with toys and learning materials.

Poor Quality School

Childtime school on hwy 41 is one of the worse schools I have seen. I toured the center for my 3 year old. The classrooms have bare min toys that look old and dirty. At least 2 of the schools classrooms were closed due to lack of children. That to me was a BIG eye opener. When your center has been open for many years and its still empty.... there is a reason. Do your children a favor and put them in a more caring and loving center.

Worst day care ever

I had the worst experience ever. Not sure how this day care got its reputation from to be “one of the best day cares”. I really mean it when I say one of the worst day cares ever. Children are running around by them selves. Teachers are so busy talking to each other or checking messages on their cell phones. Add to that the constant yelling on children if they do anything and using kind of threaten language for some kind of scenarios. They only care about increasing the tuition every year.

Please do your child a favor and do not send him/her to child time.
