Chimney Sweep of Muskogee

This company just finished completing his work on my mom's fireplace. It took over 4 freaking months to complete! And the 4 coldest months of the 2017 and 2018 winter, mind you. It got so cold in my mom's house that her lilac crested Amazon parrot got a respiratory infection and died. The family would text and ask when he was going to come out and finish, if not, just WORK on the chimney and he would come up with excuse after excuse. He finally completed the project this week and is demanding the rest of the money NOW. If it was up to me, I would take 4 months to finish paying him AS WELL AS exclude the cost of a new parrot. He has NO idea how much an exotic bird costs. In closing, I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy.
