Let me tell you - these people are awesome!!! Every time we call they answer quickly. They got to us within a day and sometimes when the weather was too extreme they would come out that day. Love them!!!!!

Chris is very reliable, fast service, reasonably priced. We have been using his services for our rental properties for the past ten years and we are very happy with him. Recommending to everybody.

Called on a weekend and Chris answered the phone. Had me schedule for a Monday morning. His tech arrived on time, worked less than an hour, and the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend and call again. Thanks!

Excellent!! We realized at about 9:30am our heat wasn't working correctly, called Chris and were told a tech would be out between 1-3. The tech showed up at 11:30am. The tech was Extremely knowledgable and professional. Super friendly and made our repairs in less than an hr and explained everything thoroughly. Was $80 for him to do everything!! Will call again, awesome company!!

Chris has outstanding service. I got a estimate from another hvac contractor( which wanted me to sign the papers right then and there for the final payment) and he came $800 higher with cheaper units than the one Chris installed. When I received the final bill from Chris his price was $300 cheaper so I saved $1100 dollars by using Chris. His crew came in and did quick work and cleaned up after themselves very well. I highly recommend using Chris mechanical and will refer them to all my family and friends.

Wonderful!! Will def. call them again if I ever have any other heating or ac problems. Were at the house 30 mins. after I called. Super sweet guy that really helped me & my pocketbook! WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL!!

80 degree weather has been around, our newly purchased home had not had the AC turned on. When we ran it for the first time, of course there was no cold air. Needless to say, I was in need of an AC repair guy and fast! I read the reviews for Chris' Mechanical and thought I would give them a try.
Greg was my guy today! He was very polite, professional and I knew I could trust him. He has one of those honest faces! He found our problem, communicated all the issues and all of my options. I had a bad leak in a spot that could not be repaired. Most places would have left it at that and charged me thousands for a new unit. Not him! He did the leg work for me, made some phone calls to extend my warranty which was up this month until June so it would be covered under the 10 year warranty! Lucky for me I had Greg on my side!
I would recomment Chris' Mechanical to any who asks. Dependable and honest!

Long story short. My Apollo water heaer located in the attic was leaking water in the drip pan going outside. I knew I was in trouble when I heard the leaking standing in my closet.
I met Greg @ a gas station while going to lunch on a Sunday. He said he would come over to take a look (on a Sunday free of charge). He came over gave me an estimate and went the extra mile to insure I wouldn't have a massive leak by shutting off the water to the heater and promised to return to replace the heater.
Greg replaced my heater yesterday. When I came home It looked like Greg was never there. The area was cleaned up and no debris from the attack was left. I am very please with Greg and the company Chris Mechanical. I will call them again and refer them to my friends and family.

It was the coldest day so far...January 7th 2010 and our parrot was in his Snuggie and he did not want to wake up when I removed the cover from his cage. His little feathery body shivering he squawked..."What the ****?
I guess because of the fact that since early childhood I've been accused of being a Polar bear, I hadn't noticed right away that the house was freezing cold. My wife on the other hand woke up wondering why she could see her breath in the upstairs bedroom, after all isn't heat suppose to rise?
During a lengthy cold spell, only one thing could be worse than paying those high wintertime gas bills and that would be if the gas furnace using all of that expensive natural gas wasn't working on a cold day like this
After a few phone calls I found myself very frustrated and faced with little prospect of finding someone to come out to the house, fix the heat and not charge me an arm and a leg.... One company I called wanted $250.00 just to show up the next day...Well good luck with that....
But then I found Chris Mechanical Services, and I called.
The first thing I noticed right from the start was how articulate Chris was. He knew the lingo and terminology of his trade and he seemed to know exactly how to eliminate the improbable causes of our situation and convinced me on the phone that he was the man for the job.
In less than an hour Chris had his brother Greg ringing my doorbell and when he introduced himself he was very astute and polite. He was here to not only help but to fix our problem TODAY.
Two hours into it and Greg had eliminated all of the checks on the system and it was now time to start it up manually and see what we had. I told Greg about our high gas bills and yet our house stayed cold all of the time during the winter. Greg said that he didn't see how such a large powerful system as the one we had could not keep the 3000 sq ft house warm enough but as I said, my wife especially complains and thereby the parrot parrots her...and I have to hear about it from both of them.
The next step was called for and so Greg fired the furnace up and within two minutes the blower motor did not kick in and out went the burners...Eureka! We had found the problem. The Blower Motor wasn't working. After a few checks of the motor he found it to be cutting power and discovered the bearings were bad. One call....and he had us a new 150,000 btu motor...Cost: $225.00. I of course said "Go ahead" knowing that was very reasonable and a lot less than just the service call alone from that one company I had called earlier.
Greg left to pick up the part, and I checked blower motors on the internet. Being that I have a background in Industrial Construction and Supply I knew who to Google and to my astonishment $225.00 was not only a good price but a great price for such a part.
Where upon Greg returned and spent the next hour re-cementing the flue pipe and installing the new motor. Testing the system he said it was good to go. He handed me the final bill...$225.00. I was shocked! How could this price be right?
Think about it, Chris and Greg could have charged me practically anything they wished, I mean here is a company I had called in desperation, my house is freezing, and I needed help today not next week. They came out in less than an hour and for under the cost of a competitor's "Service Charge" they not only diagnosed the problem but fixed it with parts, labor and my heating education....all included for less than what every other company I had called that day wanted just to give me an estimate.
Tell me I'm not a satisfied and happy customer.
So for any of your heating, air conditioning or refrigeration problems, do what I did. Call Chris's Mechanical Services.
You won't regret it.
