circle city movers is a wounderful moving company they are very polite from the time i called and spoke with Doug on the phone when my other movers never showed up and he was very understanding about my problem and the pinch i was in and he told me not to worry they could get out there and get me moved despite it being 4:30pm and he gave me a very reasonable price and he got the movers to my home in fishers in a hour and they were very respectful to my needs i had three wonderful movers ( big mike and mike and doug him self) they protected my floors at both houses and mover at a fast pace though the whole move and did it quicker then i thought it could be done they saved me and i cant say thank you enough and i wish i could of tipped you wonderful movers more and if i ever move again i will not call nobody but circle city movers they are the best and very professional i would highly recommend using this company for your move you will not have any regrets thank you guys so much

My moving experience on September 4th with the Circle City Movers was beyond horrible, and words cannot express the pain and inconvenience this company caused me on my moving day. I initially spoke with Kaiser 2 weeks prior to my move date to inquire about availability. I should have known that this was not a professional company when Kaiser answered the phone sleep and dogs were barking in the background, which made it difficult to hear. Unprofessional Example #1. Nonetheless, he quoted me a good price and being a novice mover (I had not moved in 10 years from my home) I thought this was a good deal. WRONG. The price I paid corresponded with the service I received - CHEAP AND HORRIBLE.



The movers were scheduled to arrive at my home at 1:00 pm. On that same date 15 minutes after they were scheduled to arrive Patty the owner called to confirm the move. Unprofessional Example #2: no advance confirmation. After informing Patty that I was expecting the movers at 1:00 pm because I was on a tight scheduled, she informed me that she would have to find a couple of men out shortly; because Kaiser had dental work that morning and did not remember my reservation. Unprofessional Example #3: the scheduling used is ineffective. The moves did not arrive until 2:40! I informed Patty this was unacceptable, she told me she would take off $60 from my total bill.



The movers that arrived at my home were dressed in plain clothes (did not have on any type of identifying Circle City movers clothing) and did not introduce themselves. Unprofessional Example #4. After only 45 minutes of working I found the two men in their pickup truck smoking cigarettes and taking a break. As an Attorney, I bill for my legal services by the hour in quarter increments. I make sure to be efficient, thorough and utilizing time wisely. CIRCLE CITY MOVERS DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THIS CONCEPT. I called Patty to express my concern because not only were the men 1.45 hours late but they had only worked for 45 minutes! Unprofessional Example #5. Patty starts yelling, "Those men can take a break!I've already discounted I'm not doing anything else How would you like it if I pulled them from this job?" I asked her not to do that because I would be in an even more bind. She hung up the phone. Unprofessional Example #6. I noticed that the men were gathering their belongs including some of MY TOOLS THAT THEY STOLE and left. Kaiser calls me and accuses me of cussing at Patty and told me that he pulled them because they can take smoke break. Unprofessional Example #7. This was a lie, I did not cuss. The men were not only late but only worked for 45 mins.



Here to There movers saved the day! They came on time, introduced themselves had on tshirts and finished in under 2 hours. Most importantly, they informed me that the guys working for Circle City movers were throwing my boxes on the truck and that it wasn't packed properly and things would have been broken by the time I reached my destination. Moving is an emotional & tiring experience that Circle City Movers made even worse. I would NOT hire Circle City Movers!!

My experience with Circle City Movers was excellent, and I'd recommend them to others. I scheduled with Kaiser, and he was extremely friendly and helpful. The two men who moved my furniture were very careful and very friendly. They went out of their way to do a great job for me, and I appreciated it. They came highly recommended, and I'm adding my recommendation as well. Plus, their prices were great.

I called Circle City Movers and Kaiser was really helpful in helping me get ready for my move. They loaned several wardrobes to me to move my clothes and provided me with several used boxes. They were great, the men were very polite and worked hard. I gave them a $50.00 tip because they worked so hard. Thank you Circle City Movers for the great move!!

We hired CIRCLE CITY MOVERS, INC. to move us. They did a full service move for me and they packed for 2 days and moved everything in 1 day. They protected my floors with floor protection in both homes, padded my furniture with their furniture pads and they even loaned me wardrobes to move my clothes. Kaiser and Patti, the owners came out and helped the movers and they were great. They even bought my lunch. The movers were funny and joking with me and we had fun during a stressful time. My move was the best I ever had and I would recommend them to anyone. I tipped the movers as I had the best job ever!! Thank you CIRCLE CITY MOVERS!!!

Thank you, Circle City Movers, Inc., for your service in moving my daughter last saturday, August 1, 2009. The men were very professional and helpful in everything they did for her. It is not everyday that you hear good things about a company but I hope I put a smile to your face to commend your company for moving our daughter to Columbus, IN. The men did a superb job. As parents we appreciate so much their ability to pack and assemble and take apart items that needed to be. We have lots to compare to and by far you are at the top of the list.
