Comfort Ride

there a few things wrong this company.



1. when i called the company to ask for a price from eastport to mastic beach the woman on the phone told me $20.00 which i thought was a little under priced so i repeated it to her and she had told me yes only 20 for one person.



2. when i called back later that day to set up a ride the woman on the phone was a complete b*tch and since i live on a common driveway i figured i would explain it apparently she wanted no part in hearing what i had to say all she wanted was the two addresses. again i confirmed the amount of 20.00 and she replied yes only 20.



3. she was an hour and a half late



4. the ride cost $40.00



so i have nothing good to say about this company if u ever need a taxi i advise you do not use comfort ride.

One of the better taxi companies on long island.



If you want to wait an hour for a car call lindys... they are terrible

Great service!!! Driver was on time and polite

I was LATE from catching the LIRR because they were so disorganized. I called 30 min before my train arrives since i live only about 5 minutes to the train station. they said that the taxi would arrive in 10-15 min, which is ok. When 15 min passed, i called them again and informed them that my train would arrive in 15 min. They said that the taxi is on the way. I called again 5 minutes later, they weren't even sure where i lived!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So if you want to be late for an appointment, then call this car service, and they'll make sure you DONT get there on time.
