I contracted with Complete Septic Tank Service to pump my septic tank. Your employee service technician was great. I compliment him for professional manner in which he conducted his work. At best this is a very difficult task and to complicate matters it rained all day. Not only that he did complete his work efficiently and in good spirits, he also pointed out some minor faults with my system and attempted to correct them.

We have been pleased with the service provided by Complete Septic Tank Service. They have been punctual, courteous and reasonably priced. We were pleasantly surprised at the cost of having a new septic tank installed.

This "business" is awful!! I would never recommend using them, not even to my enemy!! The owner told me he did not care about his "customers" he just wanted a paycheck. It took me over 7 hours and many many phone calls from 3 different people to get a simple inspection report.
