AVOID THEM. They were mandated to relocate cars where I live because the complex was redoing the parking lot. I work two jobs and I am a full time student so I forgot to move my car, because I had others things on my mind. I came down in the morning, in my pj to move it and they had put something on one tire, I told them to take it off as I would move it. I moved it. The company still charged me for moving my car. They wouldn't hear anything and said I had to pay the full price because they touched my car, even tough they haven't moved it. I asked if they could lessen the fine since they barely did anything to it and they refused. I understand that they had just started the process and I had hoped they would be reasonable and agree to reduce the fee but no. Clearly a garbage policy and management. If you can do business with another company, please do.
