Everything about this place is A plus service! After I left a message online, they called me back right away to set up an appointment. The texts letting me know the service man was on the way were very convenient. Danny came to repair my dishwasher and microwave and he was very courteous and knowledgeable! Highly recommend this place!

As soon as I made the initial call, we had a tech named Nick come the very next day.I cannot say enough about Nick who came for a fridge repair. After having spent $1200 for plumbing repair one month prior, we were a bit head shy. Nick came in and diagnosed the problem in what seemed like 30 seconds. He went out to his truck, got the part and bada bing bada boom, it was fixed! The best part was it was just under $200. I was so relieved that I literally started crying. Nick was so gracious and assured me that this was the thing that he loved most about his job. He loves to see how happy he can make people. Because of this experience I will never look to another company for repair service and will always request Nick. This was a great start to the xmas holiday! I would definitely refer everyone I could to this great company. Thank you all so much!

We had Contra Costa Appliance Service, located in Brentwood, come to our home to repair our washing machine that was not draining properly. The repair serviceman, named Nick was very professional, courteous, knowledgable & friendly. Nick, not only identified the issue, but gave us recommendations to prevent a similar issue to reoccur. They charge $60 to come and troubleshoot the issue, those $60 are then applied to the total repair cost. Other companies dont apply the service charge towards the final cost of repairs.This is a family owned & operated business, and they never lost sight of what true customer service is and should be. Something that larger service companies tend to not make it their priority. I would have given them a 10 if it were possible.

They just came to my house today to fix my dryer. I was so happy to get an appointment the same day I called for service! The two men who came were friendly, honest and worked quickly. I just found out that they also clean dryer vents so I will call them next time I need to do that.

This is a very reputable service man. I have used them for years and they have always done a great job for me. Very trustworthy and honest people. I highly recommend them.
