Correct-Tek Copier Service

Correct-Tek was the only copy repair place that could get parts for my Lanier copier. I will be using them from now on. Service and communication are good.

Great fast, friendly service. Good prices. Will has consistently been able to get the parts and perform the work on my printers. I used to work as a printer repair tech but my job role doesn't allow me to try and fix my own printers any more. Will is my goto guy.

I would definitely recommend Correct-Tek service. I've used this company on several occasions and have been totally satisfied with the work. Will is very nice, returns calls promptly and schedules service within a day or so. Pricing is fair and reasonable!

My Canon broke down and I was desperately trying to find a technician to come next day. Against all my rules I went on Google to find Correct Tek and scheduled an appointment for next day after explaining the urgency of the situation. In the line of work that I am, I cant even survive a day without my copier.

Will was able to tell me exactly what the problem was and ordered the part for me . The price was absolutely reasonable. He even offered to give me one of his printers to use for back up until mine is fixed.

My copier was fixed few days later.

I also purchased a Konica Minolta from the company and the price was unbelievable for the quality of the copier. I did a complete research before buying it and couldn’t find a better deal.

I have been in business for over 5 years and worked with few other companies prior to finding Correct Tek and can assure you that very rarely you can get excellent customer service and reasonable price as a package.

I would recommend this company to anyone in need of copier repair of purchase.
