We are so happy with the work Craft Remodeling has done in our home... we are repeat customers – full house renovation, deck, exterior work, and most recently a major master bath upgrade – the finishes are very high quality and rival anything we would have gotten from high-end contractors we interviewed, but at a very competitive price... the results speak to John’s ability to tune in to his customers’ hopes and dreams and then go the extra mile to make them reality... for example, he was so meticulous in salvaging a large piece of slate we loved and incorporating it into the new fireplace, and he surprised us with a creative set of columns to transition from the family room into the theater room – it actually feels like you’re walking into the movies! We also really appreciated his “hand-holding”, coming along with us to various suppliers – tile, granite, cabinets, bath fixtures – and helping us to avoid practical mistakes... we also really appreciate how John takes his time to gain alignment and consensus before moving ahead – tricky when two or more family members have differing opinions... it’s hard to put a price on honesty, integrity and conscientiousness when it comes to your home – with Craft Remodeling that’s a given, and it comes along with high-touch service and high-quality detail
