        Overall

        Is it possible to give negative stars? I truly do not like this company. I have a vision disability and I explain this to Mr. Young when he came out to give me an estimate. I asked him to completely trim several trees and we agreed upon a price. When he finished, I asked a friend to come over and check out the job. Not only did he do a bad job, he only trimmed parts of the trees so they are uneven. When I called and spoke to his wife in order to rectify the miscommunication she was rude and told me I use my blindness as an excuse. I have never been so insulted and humiliated. All I wanted was to have my trees trimmed properly and instead I was taken advantage of and verbally abused.
