They came though in a pinch, charged a reasonable rate, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. These folks not only came through in a pinch, their septic tank pumping technician, Josh informed me that previous septic companies that I had been using had been removing waste from the wrong hole in the septic tank. The previous septic pumping company was only removing water and not solid waste. He told me that anyone pumping out a septic tank for a living should already know this because they see septic tanks all day. He also told me that there is a 3/4 hole at the bottom of the tank which could be cheaply patched, rather than to have to buy a whole new septic tank. I value and respect REAL honesty and integrity, which is SO RARE these days. Very appreciative.
