Designer Again

This place has terrible customer service! I was referred here by someone I don't know all that well, but I decided to give it a try, being new to Fort Smith. The employees were extremely rude, there was no friendly greeting at the door, only stuck-up glares from women behind the counter who obviously didn't approve of my sports attire, the employees at the back in charge of taking consignment clothes all ignored me until I got so irritated that I just left. If this is how they treat everyone, and based on what I've read so far, they probably do, I am not surprised that they don't have more business. I wouldn't be surprised if they had none at all soon.

Designer Again has served the River Valley for over 17 years. After 17 years on Garrison Avenue. Designer Again has relocated into Desinger Again "Too" 16 North 3rd Ft. Smith, AR 72901. This is due to renovations at the original store. So remember we are NOT closed we are readjusting for now!!!! We take pride in our service and want our customers to be happy. We offer 50/50 consignment services on clothing (mens, womens, vintage, childrens), knick-knacks and furniture. We will endeavor to serve all of our customers to the best of our ability!!!!!!!!
