DGM Installations

This company put in some doors for us. (I won't get into the aggravation from the installation) After about 8 months, one of our doors wasn't shutting properly, so we called DGM. It took months for them to actually come back out and look at the door. (we were given one excuse after another) He then tells us that our 1 year warranty with the manufacturer is over and the door is no longer covered! WHAT, we have been calling since 4 months BEFORE the warranty was up! He said that the door was filled with water from the rain and is swelled and rotting inside allowing it not to close. So he said he would come back and fix it for us, just trim the bottom or something that didn't make sense. He cancelled continuously, we began calling everyday because we were getting no reponse back, would say he would be here one day and never show up or call. The people answering the phone have no idea what they are doing. Here we are 2.5 years after the installation of the doors and still no progress! This company is horrible, poor craftsmanship, poor customer service, overall poor business!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY WORK!
