Rich Dosin's auto body repair work is beyond my expectations.
He is very-very fairly priced & his work is immaculate.. I can't get over the job he did. Rich is kind, polite & not only does he call you back ASAP, he stays in touch with you. I couldn't get a ride to pick-up my finished car, so he delivered it to me! Across the TZ Bridge. I can't imagine going to anyone else, with his perfect work & his good prices. He even found a couple of extra scratches elsewhere on the car so he repaired them anyway without extra charge. I am so glad Rich was recommended to me.Thanks Rich!

Avoid this shop at all costs. This shop is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with in my life. They have kept my car in their possession for 3 and a half months for an auto body repair that was estimated to take 12 days. Every time I contact the shop owner he gives me a run around and provides little to no details as to why it is taking so long and when my car will be ready. Taking my car to this shop has been the worst mistake of my life!!! I repeat it has been 3 and a half months and I have no doubt that it will go to 4 months. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Dosin's Towing's owner, Rich, ...

Dosin's Towing's owner, Rich, has got to be one of the most honest, empathetic, reliable, person I have met in this business. I recently bought a new car, which was a very huge accomplishment of mine, one that I was extremely proud of. Unfortunately, yesterday, 1/10/12, I got into an accident. I was very, very upset over this and the cops said I needed a tow, because my car was leaking fluids. Rich was there within twenty minutes and was so kind to me, and so accommodating. I said outright that I really had no money for this. He offered to get it running as soon as we got to his shop for a flat, reasonable and honest rate, which included the tow. In no way did he try to push business on me, especially at a time when I was so vulnerable. He never once tried to take advantage of my state, as I know other shop owners would. I have a connection up in a shop in Mount Kisco, and needed the car up there that day. It was late in the afternoon by this time, there would be lots of traffic, and even so, Rich agreed to take the car up there. We even had had to switch tow trucks the car was on. I know doing this for me compromised his evening plans, but he did it anyway. During the drive, he was kind, concerned about me and gave me an his ear. He even quoted me a very reasonable price and told me to call him if the place we were going to seemed like they were going to shaft me. Also, if it weren't for Rich, I would have left ALL my keys in the car. He was thoughtful enough to remind me to get me keys. I found that so remarkable and kind. He again offered for me to call him again, whether it be about my car, or if God forbid I needed another tow. Had I not had a connection at this other body shop (I can't afford the repair, a friend is and she deals with this shop, so I had no choice) I would have definitely given my business to Rich. He seems like a down to earth, honest, compassionate mechanic/business owner. Those are hard to come by these days. All I can say is if you're in trouble in the White Plains/Westchester, call Rich. He is someone you can definitely rely on and I am so happy to have met him. He really is one of the few "old school," "mom and pop," honest mechanics left. You can't go wrong by him. Finally, even though I wasn't able to tip him or give him my business, he kept telling me "no worries," and he made me feel better. He seems like an honest family man, who owns and operates an honest, good, reliable business. Write down his name and number and keep it in your car, just in case you find yourself needing help, a tow, whatever the case may be.

Thank you Rich for you kindness, honesty, compassion, and obvious ethical work ethic. I will be sure I always have your business card with me at all times.
