I don't understand why I was treated so rudely. There was nobody acknowledging me. When I asked for the price of a pipe the guy gave me a rude look and said $40 and then walked away. I decided not to give them any of my money anymore.

I have been to some other smoke shops in the area, but they don't have much to choose from, and are filled with liars, crappy products etc. I feel the dungeon was the same, but they have a lot to choose from, so I thought I was stuck with them.

I looked online for smoke shops and found the one called fire cat. It's right where the underground was.

They were nice people and knew a lot about their products. They had a similar pipe as the one the dungeon wanted $40 for. Except it was only $20 there.

Needless to say it was a good experience at fire cat. It's a really cool place with a great atmosphere unlike any other smoke shop around here.

They are rude and charge an arm and a leg. They got away with it for so long because they were they only guys in town with a selection.

I didn't know people were still going there. Everybody I know goes to Fire Cat on Plumas st. now. It's funny, everytime I see the water tower next to them I think of my fav bong I bought there. I actually met the glass blower who made it, so I know it's legit, and it was still quite a bit cheaper than the imported ones made in sweat shops that everyone else around here tries to sell.

It was refreshing when those guys opened.

I went in planning to pay a ton because of the ugly reviews on here, but I was pleasantly surprised. The owner knew exactly what I needed and served me quickly. I highly recommend this shop for anyone that wants a good price and friendly service.

I guess they dont teach you customer service, or manners at all in Iraq/kazikstan/pakistan watever. Cause all these greedy jerks want is your money I personally dont wannt to give them the satisfaction of having mine but whatever. you can support these antiamericans if you dont believe me. And seriously if you dont just go in there and see for yourself the way you get treated. After I told my friends my experience there everyone else who had been in had nothing good to say. I know this review will be helpful to anyone who wishes to be treatedwith any respect at all. id stick to the old underground or sound attitute for sure!!!
